Program
These sessions provide training on how to use the D-B and CM-GC Guidebooks for contract administration. Eight sessions took place between August and December 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) on the dates shown below:

The training sessions focus on how to use the tools documented in the guidebooks for D-B and CM-GC contract administration. Volume 1 is the Guidebook for Post-Award Contract Administration for Highway Projects Delivered Using Design–Build Delivery; and Volume 2 is using Construction Manager–General Contractor Delivery. Each two-hour Zoom session will present tools and strategies from the guidebook in an engaging format including case studies that illustrate principles of implementation at your agency. There will be peer-exchange opportunities where participants can apply what was covered in the presentations. Group discussions will draw on the diversity of experiences shared by the presenters and participants. Sessions will include case studies, interactive exercises, keynote speakers, panels, and so on. The details for each of the 8 sessions will be provided at a later stage.
