  • Engineering consultant and Independent cost estimator procurement (for CM-GC)
  • Alternative Technical Concepts (ATCs)
  • Betterments

The alignment phase helps establish team integration and group cohesion. Key activities include:

  • Conduct kickoff meeting
  • Administer team alignment meetings
  • Align project plans
